The Frank Thomas Rain Jacket complements the Rain Pants. The over jacket is made from 100% polyester with taped seams and the front zip has a Velcro storm flap for added waterproofing. The jacket has elasticated cuffs, a Velcro waist belt and draw string hem for a better fit. There are two external pockets for storage and a comfort lined collar.
