Christmas Returns
For the festive season any gift bought on or after 1st November 2026 can be returned until 31st January 2027, unless our 90 day policy is later, then you will have until that date.
Our 90 Day Returns Policy
As well as your statutory rights described below; if you change your mind about keeping your purchase, return it within 90 days in its original unused and undamaged condition with proof of purchase and we will gladly exchange or refund it, as long as it meets the terms and conditions explained in this policy.
It's OK to try on an item like you would in-store, but don't wear it too long, or outside. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition (worn, damaged, etc) we won't be able to give you a refund, the item will be sent back to you and you may be asked to cover the delivery costs.
Your Statutory Rights
In addition to our voluntary 90 days returns policy above you have the legal right to cancel your order, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned:
- unused
- in perfect condition
- in its original packaging (with tags)
- in a re-saleable condition
- and include any free items that came with it.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on the following:
- items that have been inseparably mixed with other items, such as helmets and comms systems.
- items that can't be returned for hygiene reasons if used or aren't sealed, such as earplugs.
- items that we can't resell if unsealed or opened, such as paint, or oil.
With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the delivery note along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund.

You can also return, or exchange, any goods purchased on our website at any J&S Accessories store. However, these stores cannot issue you with a refund this will be processed by the Frank Thomas Mail Order Department.
Postage will not be refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods. Any claims for undelivered or returned goods arriving damaged must be made through the courier that you used to despatch the goods back to us.
Once your items have been received and checked we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are processed through the original method of payment used.
If you paid by card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.
PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
For exchanges, return the goods to the address above stating that you would like an exchange.
You can also exchange an item at any J&S Accessories store with your proof of purchase.
